1. Paper pattern quick glance

  • Answer any 5 questions (20 marks each).
  • Must attempt at least 2 from Section I + at least 2 from Section II.
  • Essay-type (~500–600 words), mostly “Explain / Discuss / Analyse / Examine”.

2. Four week focused plan

  • Goal: Have minimum 4 safe questions per section (total 8–10 comfortable choices).

Week 3: Intensive answer writing + memorisation drill

  • Revise only your short notes daily (no full blocks).
  • Write 2 full answers every day (35–40 mins each) from the top 12–15 questions.
  • Use this fixed, easy-to-remember structure every time:
    1. Introduction (80–100 words): Define concept + mention importance/context + outline main points.
    2. Main Body (300–400 words): 4–6 short paragraphs (features / phases / models → Indian examples → challenges → relevance).
    3. Conclusion (80–100 words): Summarise + balanced view + current significance.
  • Underline key terms and always add 1–2 Indian examples in every answer.
  • Memorisation tip: Repeat aloud the bold terms and 4–5 main points 3 times after writing.

Week 4: Final revision + Mock Tests

  • Revise all 20 short notes 2–3 times.
  • Do 2 full mock papers (3 hours each): pick 5 questions (2 I + 2 II + 1 extra) from the list.
  • Time yourself strictly.
  • Check answers against notes — improve structure, add examples, fix weak points (e.g., TQM techniques, project life cycle phases, RTI features).
  • Last 2–3 days: Quick glance at short notes only — relax, sleep well, stay confident.

3. Exam Day Quick Tips

  • First 5 mins: Read full paper → mark 2–3 strongest questions from each section + 1 extra.
  • Attempt in order of your strength (start with the easiest to build confidence).
  • Always attempt 5 questions — even average answers get decent marks.
